Community Service Fair

On Saturday February 2, 2013 prospective teen volunteers and their families will be able to meet representatives from over a dozen local service organizations. The attending organizations include the Welcome Inn Soup Kitchen, Infant Jesus Social Ministry, The Ward Melville Heritage Organization, Friends of Karen, Theatre Three, the Port Jefferson Fire Department, and more. These organizations offer opportunities for teens to give back to their community while earning community service credit. The Fair will be held downstairs in the Meeting Room of the Main Library building at 100 Thompson Street. The Fair begins at 12pm and ends at 4pm.
